Return & Refund Policy

We get it sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. If you need to send something back, here’s what you should know.

When Can I Return Something?

You can return most items within 15 days of the purchase date.

We just ask that:

  • The item hasn’t been washed.
  • It’s still in its original condition and packaging, with tags included.
  • You haven’t made any alterations or caused damage to it.
  • We can’t accept returns after 15 days.

Special Note: In certain cases, we may accept returns for items that have been lightly worn but not washed, as long as they are in good condition (no tears, stains, or significant signs of wear). Whether the item qualifies will be determined after our inspection.

How to Start a Return

Send us an email at support@loviton.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A short note explaining why you want to return the item

Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

  • If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, we’ll cover return shipping.
  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your refund. It usually takes 5–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Partial Refunds

If the item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts, or poorly packaged), we may offer a partial refund. We’ll inform you before processing anything.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Anything marked as final sale or clearance
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items returned after the 15-day window

Item Arrived Damaged?

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, email us at support@loviton.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
